Do you accept returns?
Yes we do! All items can be returned or exchanged within 16 days of receiving your order. Anything after the 16 days is none returnable. Sale items are none returnable & earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Lost/Damaged Parcels
Incase on a rare occasion your parcel is lost or damaged upon transit, we are not responsible. Once your parcel is handed to Royal Mail or any courier then it is there responsibility to deliver your parcel to you. Please contact the courier directly for help.
